Staff was wonderful and accommodating. room clean. Perfect a 2 min walk across the parking lot to checking my bag for my early morning flight

I really like that we have a coffee machine to be used 24/7 in the lobby with amazing options. Having the printer in the lobby as well is a plus Staff are really amazing and welcoming. Breakfast as well is good. I really liked my stay here , and if I visit Bellingham again, this will be my place to go and stay

Might have been more places to eat or drink but I didn't need more than what I had this close to the hotel.

It was good and was available longer than most. The most important thing is the people who work there. I came to be with my friend who was dying and had lived there for several years. We asked to use the conference room for a small party for him and they not only granted our request but decorated it for us. They are people of compassion, efficiency and great communication skills. You don't find people like them often; for the sake of your customers and the strength of your business do everything you can to reward them and retain them.
