Everything was perfect! I will advise future guests to use the map provided by Janko in order to locate the property easily. Janko and his wife, Milica, were wonderful, the bests hosts we've ever met. Their hospitality and friendliness was top-notch. The apartment was situated very close to the beach and the views from the balcony were picturesque. We felt very much at home and had all we needed. The gardens were so beautiful and as a bonus, there was a pet tortoise which our children enjoyed playing with. We were welcomed by some food and drinks and on my birthday, Janko and Milica surprised us with a birthday cake, which was very thoughtful. It was not too difficult for us to travel to Tivat and Kotor to visit other places of interest (it's easier if you rent a vehicle, which Janko advised us to do). There are also places of attraction very near by like the Blue Cave tour and Lustica Bay. Communication before, during and after the trip from Janko and Milica was excellent. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again if we are in the area in the future.

It is only place where we have seen an octopus and cuttlefish. Arza beach is cool, both wild and public sides, can't say same about others. Supermarket in village is good enough. Host was friendly and helpful.

Great place to rest and enjoy view over sea. Good combination of trees and garden. Very hospitable people and easy to arrange almost everything. Good value for money.

+ Stunning view of the sunset and sea from the apartment balcony ( 5 stars of 5!) + Apartment is spacious enough, well-equipped and looks new + All neccessary kitchen utensils are available + Only 1 min of walking to the beach + No problem to find a free parking spot in the olive grove by the beach + Very hospitable, nice and caring hosts. It was a great pleasure to spend a week at their cozy place! + The beach is not overcrowded, there are restaurants and good boat connection to both Herceg Novi and Blue cave. + There is a small market store (but very expensive!) + Great place to escape from the touristic places and have a rest in a small village.

We have chosen this apartment primarily because of the view and it really paid off, the view was magnificent. If not so windy, I would have spent most of the time on the balcony enjoying it. Plaids or something to keep us warm would be a useful addition though - this is probably my only recommendation to the hosts for the future. The apartment itself is very comfortable and stylish and the cleanliness deserves the highest mark. The hosts are a family and the apartment itself is part of the family house, this makes you feel a bit like home, especially when you are welcomed with a bottle of homemade wine and some nice food from a family celebration :) Thanks to Teodora and all her family for making our 4 night stay there something special!

Great apartment house with nice spacious apartments
