The apartment is extremely comfortable, offering very cozy beds and all amenities and appliances that could be needed to have pleasant, enjoyable stay in Madrid. The place is in a good location with easy access to public transportation to reach the city's most important areas, for tourism or business. The host is extremely nice, friendly, attentive and courteous, he makes guests feel truly welcome. He even gave us a basket with delicious, freshly baked bread!

This property was all mine, very private and quiet. It had the advantage of being close to metro & buses, easy access to get around. It was perfect for me, since I needed a quiet place to sleep, and was up early to catch the bus to the Instituto, where I took an intensive training for 5 days. It was well situated between the Instituto and the central city of Madrid.

We liked our stay in this room :) The host is friendly and very responsive. The room is clean and cozy, and the apartment is very well-equipped. The location is also good. It’s not far from the city center, and there are the metro station and several bus stops nearby.
