This is a beautiful large house with stunning 180 panoramic views of Lake Hawea and the Mountains. 5 minutes walk across to the Lake and restaurant. North facing for maximum sun. With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounges to offer, plus a large deck and BBQ area and an upstairs lounging balcony! This house is lovely and warm with heat pumps and a cosy log fire. Very sunny in a private setting. Great for families and large groups. Fully fenced with outdoor furniture and a big gas BBQ. The space This Lake Hawea house will amaze you from sunrise to sunset. Enjoy breakfast from the wonderful large fully equipped kitchen, or upstairs overlooking the Lake. In the evening relax and watch the sunset with a glass of Central Otago Pinot Noir, or entertain in the living spaces. Guest access Guests have private access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note Check out is strictly before 10am. If you need late check this needs to be pre-arranged at least 24hours in advance as the cleaners are booked for 10am.

Lake Hawea and Lake Wanaka is a paradise for those who love the outdoors and nature. The active holidaymaker will easily stay occupied here with interests such as food and wine, tramping, cycling, boating, fishing, hiking, windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing. The house is less than 5 minutes walk from the lake and has stunning lake and mountain views!
