Breakfast was provided 12 hours in advance which worked splendidly given our early departures each day. Very well looked after by Ingrid (this time) who catered to every need of ours. Rooms were comfortably, spacious, clean and equipped with all that we needed. There's good parking space here and driving in and out was a breeze. Also got very helpful tips from Ingrid about the neighbourhood and what to find where. Great job. Keep it up.

Great shower and great laundry facilities, which was very useful for travelling guests. Great location just outside the city, close to Hagley Park and within 20-25 mins walk into the centre. Very friendly cat called Peanut greeted us every morning

The request for twin beds was not registered, however the staff managed to put one of us into another room for the night.
