I love that Restaurants and a Grocery is available in this place. Even a bowling place is there. Makes it very convenient. As well as the Free Shuttle to the nearest MRT. They will clean your room and change all linens and towels everyday. Everyone in the reception are helpful and welcoming. They are happy to help you with anything and if you need taxis, they will also assist on booking for you. It was a very pleasant stay!

Best stay with family around the airport. Kids loved the room style, and exploring the park behind the hotel with bikes. You can rent all types of bikes and roller blades too. Direct covered walk to the nearby mall that is supet convenient for shopping and restaurants. The staff was exceptionally helpful and effective.

The location was super convenient as it was like a minute away from all the attractions of RWS. It is also centrally located with a lot of restaurants to choose from. Will definitely go to Hotel Michael again in the future and book the suite room as it is super big with 2 toilets, a living room and big bathtub with TV. The staffs at Hotel Michael were also vey friendly especially the check-in staffs who were under tremendous pressure from many angry customers, but they kept their cool and serve the customers well.
