Clean, quiet, comfortable, staff were up to the mark, bar was quite ice.
meal 1 - leak and potato pie although tasty was a bit stodgy, very mean portion of peas which were over cooked, chips were good.
meal 2 - Salad with crispy cauliflower was good but side of chips was a little mean but good.
breakfast "sandwich" as requested beans, mushrooms and veggy sausage was ok, would have been better with better bread rather than cheap white and would have been better with butter applied.

The apartment was comfortable and had all I needed. I really liked the layout and the views were spectacular. Excellent location too.
The owner was so friendly and accommodating. She left a complimentary breakfast for us too, which was lovely.

Nardinis ice cream parlour and fish and chip premises is rightly famous, well worth a visit. So is the lovely Haylies hotel farther on for steak etc. The Seamill Hydro next door is a fab hotel with a lovely pool but does loads of weddings. There is lots more too. There is the wonderful nearby coastal walk near Portencross and a castle there to see.

The hotel, restaurant and toilets were spotlessly clean. Beautiful venue with wonderful views. Seamill is close to Westkilbride that has some interesting shops. A walk away from the Castle at Portencross. Lovely place to visit for picnics and relaxation.

Stunning location, comfortable, clean room with amazing bathroom, ours had a TV above the bath. Staff were all fabulous 👌 Leisure facilities amazing 👏 Food was great, catering specifically to my gluten energy with so many choices. Highly recommended ❤️

We only went for one night, we arrived late afternoon, but we should have gone a lot earlier even if the room wasn't ready the location was just great for a long walk on the beach and a pleasant lounge where tea is served while you can enjoy the views. Also the walk in shower was excellent. We had dinner bed & breakfast and the food was excellent, the choices at breakfast in particular were great.
