Modern, well designed and appointed apartment. Rated 4 stars but I don't know what more could be done to the property for it to be rated 5 stars. Excellent bed. Great location for us as it was a couple of klms from Armidale centre and close to the university. Rural setting with a gentle horse in an adjacent paddock who likes apples.

Located in the historical town of Armidale, Acacia Motor Inn offers free WFi and free parking just a 5-minute drive from Armidale Golf Course. Breakfast was simple location was convenient to travel down to the town

Loved our stay here. The studio had everything we needed (and didn’t know we needed) for our stay. Truly a home from home we will be back next time we are visiting family in armidale. Very spacious, very clean, really comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen. Loved the added homey touches. Peaceful setting and outlook with great outdoor deck and BBQ.

Beautiful place and Eliza is a wonderful host. The accommodation is spacious, clean and stylish. Lots of amenities and lovely, thoughtful touches. Would have loved to stay longer than just a night. Definitely recommended! Other accommodation providers should also visit & take notes :)

Beautiful serene location and property. Large space inside including all three bedrooms, living area and very well appointed. Grounds are huge and spectacular with pool and horses in paddock. Private entrance and parking are also nice.

All Seasons Motel Armidale is situated at the top of Dangar Street, just a 10-minute downhill walk from the centre of Armidale. My stay was enjoyable, my room was large and very clean specially the bathroom. the bed was very comfortable. I found the reception very friendly, fast and obliging. I was very happy to be given a late check out after my request. The breakfast was bonus.
