The couple running the place, were very friendly and nothing was too hard. They answered numerous questions, allowed us to view a room before we booked. Excellent value, excellent clean room. The bathroom supplies were beautiful to use.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Hinchinbrook Riverview Retreat is situated in Upper Stone. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. Wow. What a diamond in taming. There’s not too many properties that take you aback. The owners had renovated the shack exceptionally, the quality of linen, bedsheets, quilts, pillows was exceptional. The percale thread count was beyond 1000, some of the finest linen I’d ever slept on! The privacy of the property was great, tall growing cane on one side, a running creek on the other. Birds and other wildlife friendly and warming. Friendly hosts, even when making a late booking, easy to get along with and most helpful. The LED lights outside appeared to activate on movement - these were a wonderful touch to the end of a long day.
