Great photos and paintings of the lighthorse in action during WWI adorned the walls.

The room was large and clean with a comfy bed and AC and dinner at the bistro was very good and reasonable. Plenty of food to choose from for breakfast and good cooking facilities if you wanted to bring your own food to cook for breakfast lunch or dinner.
