They were so attentive and made check in easier. The location was also very close to the main square and monastery. This made getting around much easier. The rooms are rustic but quiet. No tv but it was not needed.

The best place to know the city of Shangri-la. The Jun family and staff are very kind and easy to get information about the city. The hostel is lovely and very comfortable. The shower is great, very warm for the cold days and always being clean. The night can sit around the wood stove, have tea and make new friends. Also has a diverse kitchen, I ordered some dishes with friends and it was all delicious! The location is also perfect, I did everything by walking.

Majutusasutus Kevin's Trekker Inn on restorani ja terrassiga ning kõikjal on olemas tasuta WiFi-ühendus. The hotel was very clean, much better than I expected, there were many beautiful flowers in the garden, the owners were very kind and invited me to have hot pot with them, it was a very pleasant experience！

Staff service is exceptional, especially Lhamo, Daisy Zhao and Dragon! They are very helpful and friendly and shared some tips about where to go, and gave free upgrade of my room (birthday treat). The room is very comfortable, and able to request for firmer pillows.

Kunga and his wife were very kind and hospitable hosts. They picked us up for free from the High Speed Rail station. Gave us a lot of travel information that made our stay in Shangri La an enjoyable one. Room was cosy and very clean. Heater and electric blanket in the room were enough to keep us warm in the cold winter. Located inside the Duzekong ancient town, food is easily available just outside the guesthouse. Highly recommended!!

Quiet location close to the old town, the staff was really accommodating and helpful. The rooms are spacious and keep warm in the cool nights. We loved our stay here!
