Tucked away in the fabled Shangri-La, Courtyard Shangri-la 藏舍小院 is a peaceful setting featuring cosy guestrooms of Tibetan touches. Overall, it was nice. room was very clean and comfortable. bathroom was clean. Staff was very pleasant. They suggested a short hike for me to do and I had a wonderful view of the city in morning, because of the hike they suggested. Location was good, close to restaurants and great for walking. They also had a clothes washing machine on site and a place to dry clothes. Nice stay. :)

The owner made our stay really comfortable. A very nice lady, speaks English. The place got its own parking. A big advantage when you are with the luggage and kids. Walkable distance to restaurants and attractions. Really quite at night (THE most important for me).

The best place to know the city of Shangri-la. The Jun family and staff are very kind and easy to get information about the city. The hostel is lovely and very comfortable. The shower is great, very warm for the cold days and always being clean. The night can sit around the wood stove, have tea and make new friends. Also has a diverse kitchen, I ordered some dishes with friends and it was all delicious! The location is also perfect, I did everything by walking.

Yi's Hostel is located in Shangri-La, close to Dafo Temple. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Yi's Hostel is a 10-minute walk from Guishan Park and Moonlight Square. Tenzin is adorable, he speaks English (rare in China!) and is always here to help. We were dropped off to the station when leaving which was also super nice. Highly recommend!!
