Free shuttle bus to and from the airport and nearest metro station. Room is fairly spacious for a couple with two luggages. Out of all the hotels I stayed, this one provides proper quilt and quilt sheet, not like the other hotels that tuck quilt sheets into mattress etc. Room is clean and water pressure for shower is just right.

Providing free shuttle service to Pudong International Airport and Disneyland, New Knight Royal Hotel is only a 15-minute drive from Pudong International Airport. The hotel is about a 15 min drive from Pudong airport (~20RMB by taxi). If you're on a real tight budget, there's a bus stop ~7 min walk away. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from Pudong Airport in the mornings (4am to 12:10pm) which we took and it was great. There's a convenience store at the first floor of the hotel, which has all the basics. The check-in was quick and easy, and check-out even more so. As an extra plus, no deposit was needed at check-in. The rooms (we booked a superior room) are nice, surprisingly clean and spacious, though they do show their age in places. There's an elevator in the hotel and there are cupboards and closets galore in the room. The rooms are ridiculously big, especially considering what you pay for it (we paid ~225RMB for two). We stayed there one night going out and one coming back and there was no smell of smoke in either of the rooms (a common issue in places like this). If you get breakfast for 20-30RMB over the room price, take it. It's not worth paying 38pp extra. For what you pay, you get more than you need, and I dare you to find a better deal. *This very same hotel is sometimes advertised as Pebble Hotel Pudong International Airport Chuanliu Highway on different booking platforms.

Toilets are also there. Very tidy! - For those who couldn’t eat breakfast because we have to fly very early they gave us take away!!! - The staff replied quickly when I made a question after I made the reservation. - The staff was really helpful with all the questions I had face to face. Very kind! - I got told to mention staff ID 205206 if I was pleased with the service so there it goes~ - The corridor had great illumination. My dad didn’t like my previous hotel because it felt like a haunted hotel hehe. - Shuttle service!!

Well situated in the Pudong district of Shanghai, Shanghai JOYFUL YARD Hotel-Free shuttle bus from Pudong Airport and Disneylan is set 17 km from Shanghai Disneyland, 26 km from Shanghai New... The airport shuttle was easy to find and exactly where they said it would be. The room was quiet, air conditioning/heating worked perfectly, and the shower was nice and hot. Got 12 straight hours of sleep after my international flight. Can't ask for more from an airport hotel!
