I attended a conference at this hotel and was so pleased with the whole experience. I later booked for my family to stay. We were so thankful for the incredible staff, led by Riham. They were friendly and handled everything with an exceptional level professionalism. Alaa, greeted the children with a small treat and loaded our bags to the room, as I worked with Riham on the room assignments. The rooms, much like the rest of the hotel, were beautiful. The garden area and the pool made the hotel feel like a retreat centre and the dinning area served a delicious buffet. I would highly recommend the Ankawa Royal Hotel & Spa to anyone looking to stay in Erbil

Staff and accommodation was excellent. Everyone was very polite and helpful. The hotel is well maintained and housekeeping did thier job as rooms and amenities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great with different menu each day and variety of options. The hotel is conveniently located nearby dining options and shopping. I had to extend my stay due to unexpected illness and was there for almost 10 days. I felt very safa and comfortable and staff and management were very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel

I really enjoyed this Hotel, I recommend it to everyone. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful!
