Featuring a year-round outdoor pool and private gardens, Sok Sabay Hotel & Fine Restaurant is nestled away within the natural mangroves of Otres Village in Sihanoukville, 6 km from Occheuteal Beach. The staff were friendly and polite. They even mended our air conditioning straight away at 9pm at night. The food was delicious , served all day. The room was comfortable with storage space and a small fridge.
