I was allocated a room with no window at first which was fair value for money and perfectly okay for someone visiting Panama City for sightseeing but I was slightly disappointed because I had planned to work all day from the room and dreaded to do it without a glimpse of daylight. I went to the reception and asked if there was a common area with daylight I could use to work and they immediately changed my room to probably the best they had without an extra charge. Thank you so much!!! Internet speed was decent (80mb download, 3mb upload)!

Very nice attention from the guys at the reception, they helped me with the suitcases and I like that they are fluent in both English and Spanish, they were very courteous in everything, they responded to any disagreement and above all highlight the good work that everyone does in the place, they have very nice rooms and very well prepared for a nice lodging, I loved staying and of course I would do it again, as long as my 2 boys who helped me throughout everything are there Kevin and Bayron, they are excellent workers and very kind , a good place without a doubt
