Had a variety of items and even though they said thy were short staffed, we still were waited in a timely matter. All the staff, front desk and all were very friendly.

I have never seen such a gorgeous yet down to earth hotel and we have travelled quite a bit. LAURIE KLOOS- most wonderful, personable, friendly, caring - and that’s just to say a few things we all felt about this lady- breakfast staff member- she’s one of the main reasons we have chosen to return to this hotel in Bowling Green. I can’t brag enough about this lady. She goes over & beyond to welcome & care for everyone. She’s the cherry on top of this amazing cake always served to us. We will always stay here from now on as we watch our son grow into this amazing WKU family and look forward to returning here from Texas for the next 4 years❤️ Thank you for such a loving and beautiful place to stay.

I did not eat breakfast. Woke up too late. Check in was exceptional. Front Desk Clerk was very friendly and very helpful. Customer Service was everything. Location was clean just like I love it. Cleaning Staff was very friendly.

This hotel is 4 miles from downtown Bowling Green and 2 miles from the Bowling Green Regional Airport. The hotel offers an indoor pool and rooms with an iPod docking station. We were stopping there for one night during a very long trip (family of 7). We arrived later than expected due to traffic etc and were exhausted. Alexis at the front desk was extremely helpful and had us checked into our two rooms and able to relax in minutes. She was so friendly and helpful and we were so thankful for her efficiency. The breakfast was top notch and the breakfast staff were also wonderful and made it feel like we were getting a home cooked meal made with love. The rooms were clean and spacious and located beside each other even with us booking the day prior.

The free soaps, shampoo, and conditioner were all bottles of Dove! I was very pleasantly surprised - I hate the hotel bar soaps. Breakfast had a turkey sausage option which was perfect for someone wanting healthy options. All staff we encountered were very kind and helpful.
