Very friendly welcome by the receptionist upon arrival. It's a basic hotel, but that's what I anticipated on. Good price. Good location. Could park right in front of the room. Walking distance to fast food restaurants, short distance driving to the town's centre. Make sure you do that and check out the diner next to the little train and the small museum. It was an awesome Route 66 experience and great breakfast! Kingman was better than I expected. Nice town for a stop over.

Large well decorated room, bright and cheerful with nice pictures on the walls. Immaculately clean. Comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning. Good lighting and large desk for my wife to do her makeup in. Parking near lift to 2nd floor. Good laundry facilities. Good breakfast. Cheerful, helpful staff. Well situated to access Route 66 attractions in Kingman.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel in Kingman. We really enjoyed our stay here. Room were modern, staff was really friendly. There is also nice swimming pool and whirlpool, which we also enjoyed. There was also a really fast internet connection.
