The apartment was excellent, clean and had all we needed including the nice addition of a ping pong table! We thoroughly enjoyed it and wished we stayed longer.

You are right across the street from a flowing beautiful stream/creek, so the area in the condo vicinity was great for walking with a nice view. We were able to walk to Anakeesta and the strip.

The location was convenient with nice shops and restaurants nearby and within walking distance of Broadway. It was light and spacious and very well equipped and nicely decorated.

The apartment had everything we needed to cook and hang out and was spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and modern and the kitchen came with plenty of plates, pots and pans. Also wifi was good (I was getting around 100-150mbps). The location was very good, a short walk to a convenience store (DGX) and Broadway/Johnny Cash Museum/Country Music Hall of Fame. Also pretty easy to get to the Gulch or elsewhere. We ended up staying a whole day in the apartment because of the weather and we felt right at home! We even had our friends drop in for an evening and they were impressed at how comfortable and well furnished it was. Spare items (toilet paper, kitchen refills, etc.) were available in a room on the same floor as well on a help yourself basis. Also, very convenient to have a cafe/bar/restaurant in the building (The Goat) that is open almost all hours.
