This is a very comfortable, newly renovated set of rooms in the Old Town. The host is delightful, very friendly and he gave us a warm welcome in the wine cellar of the property, introducing us to the wonders of Croatian wines. Breakfast was a tasty array of croissants, cereal, coffee, meats, cheeses and fruit, all laid out nicely...which was especially appreciated as we were the last 2 people there for the season (the start of November). We ate it in the lovely courtyard. Parking was free and close by.

Small, but cozy, comfortable and charming studio apartment near the marina. Very clean and well stocked with everything you may need, including salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, paper towels. Host is very friendly. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the terrace. Within easy walking distance to everything in town.

We did not expect anything when booking this location, but we had the nicest surprise. The owner was incredibly sweet and kind. She only speaks Croatian, but everything worked out well with Google Translate. Also, she brought two little boys with her who spoke English perfectly to make communication easier. When we arrived, we right away noticed the cute little flower bouquet on the table, together with a number of home-made pastries for Easter. Coffee and tea were available as well. The town, Skradin, turned out to be a hidden gem. The boat to Krka NP departs literally from right behind the house. We had a great time!

The rooms were clean, cozy, with a natural style. No stairs (ground floor) was a bonus for my older clients. The owner Ricardo helped with our luggage and parking our car, and suggested the best way to get to the excursion site the next day. It was a very positive experience, highly recommended.

Gracious and generous host helping with information and very welcoming (offered us a home-made welcoming apero :)). Place is as expected and the jaccuzzi and sauna are a really nice addition! The common kitchen and outdoor eating table is pretty and very nice. Location is perfect for town and reserve visit, and right by the bus stop. Recommended!
