everything is very nice and well organised , well supported by the host. most of the time whenever we called,, they replay and did all the nessesary. the lake is just near by less then 50 mtr., also very nice restaurant walking distance from villa. beautiful chilling place outside villa like garden. all the toiletries were also vary beautiful. also many free parking place nearby, which save lot of money.. overall this is perfect place for stay with family and friends.

This was a perfect location for our stay in Lecco. It’s right downtown and you literally walk out into the hub of the town with Gelato right around the corner and a short walk to the lake and ferry to Bellagio. The penthouse itself was very spacious, lots of dishes if you decided to eat in, and had a dishwasher and washer for us to use.

My fiancè and I stayed at this lovely apartment in Lecco for a friend's wedding over Easter 2024 weekend. The location was fantastic, right on the lake and walkable to everything in town. The train station was only a 15 min walk, so it was easy to get to from Milan. The host Saretta was absolutely wonderful! She contacted me proactively about a week before my trip to confirm logistics and start good communication via WhatsApp. She was very responsive, especially being that it was Easter weekend in Italy. We needed a few taxis and I needed a blow dryer because the apartment didn't have one & she contactlessly delivered one to my door. It was thoughtful and excellent service. She also let us stay a little later than the 10am checkout to accomodate for our later flight - just perfect! It was a great apartment that made you feel like real Italians for the week - grazie milli!

The staff , Sara is so nice !!! There was a welcome white wine with gressini and breakfast toasts, coffee, tea. Close to Lecco center and Malgrate walking. All facilities. Quiet appartment. A beautiful view on the lake. We were lucky to admire fireworks from our windows on june 25th. Beautiful flat. We loved it. Thank you Sara, go on 😁😁😁

This is a very comfy one-bedroom apartment with large living room and an outside patio/balcony. It's on the third floor of a four-story building. The windows and the patio are facing the lake with beautiful views of Lake Como and the mountains - see attached pics. The patio is great to have morning coffee and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that's needed. Coffee machine is stocked with capsules. All the appliances are new and in perfect working condition. The place is very well maintained and clean. The bed in very comfortable. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room that can be used for 2 people. Bathroom and shower are immaculate. Wi-Fi works very well. Elisa, the owner/host, is very pleasant and friendly lady. She picked us up at the local train station and took us to the property for a quick check-in process. At the end of our stay, when there was time to check-out, she also offered to drop us off at the station. This was such a great touch of hospitality! She also provided a box of very delicious cookies to go with our first cup of coffee at her property. The place has a dedicated parking in a gated area, though we did not use it. The place is about 2 miles from the center of Lecco. There is a bus stop right across the street and it takes 5 minutes to get to town. We usually walked to town - there is a real nice walking trail that goes along the lake so one can enjoy the views. There is a grocery store within 5 mins walk. Overall, it's a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the area. There are many hiking trails for any level of abilities and expertise. Lecco is a very authentic Italian town with a rich history and many places of interest. There are many shops, cafes, and restaurants. Trains, buses, and water-taxis provide good connections to other areas around Lake Como. I would definitely recommend staying at Elisa's place.

Very nice host! He was accommodating and super nice. The place was right by the lake, and perfect for a swim. There are even sun beds! I loved staying here!
