Manager Wally has done a great job to make our holidays a easy as possible. No matter if you need a Taxi, Rental Car , a Tip for a Restaurant , a late Checkout, or fixing the TV , - Wally solves the problem. Great Job!

Very spacious and clean! Loved the outdoor seating and 2 hammocks to enjoy the constant breeze. Very well equipped kitchen and comfy bed. It was interesting to see the cruise ships at the port from our terrace. Location was good in that we walked to an excellent dinner at Chesterfields and the next morning walked to the port to catch the ferry to St Barths. The host was very helpful with directions as our taxi driver had a little trouble finding the apartment. Overall an excellent choice and great value for our brief stay in Philipsburg!

I like the location, a 3 min relaxed walk to the sandy beach. The staff are great: Andrae is helpful, very friendly. Guillaume is a knowledgeable guide with a good sense of humor. Such people make Sint Maarten a friendly island. Philipsburg is a beautiful and safe place with a variety of restaurants and shops. The beaches are cozy, the scenery is picturious. After my departure of Sint Maarten, I got nostalgic for it! I highly recommend the apartments under Andrae's care. You will enjoy your stay. One day, we will be back in our new home outside Toronto. Everything about the property was top notch, very clean, welcoming and in a prime location. It is safe, providing extra safety access to guests. Amenities are walking distance and the property is equipped with a new kitchen giving the choice to self cater or visit one of the many restaurants nearby. The hosts were exceptionally professional and friendly, Louis went out of his way to ensure comfort, even when I locked myself out and messaged him at three o’clock in the morning, he politely and quickly came to my rescue. lol (more than once) very nice place, I will definitely recommend.
