everything is nice about the apartment. the hosts are very professional and welcoming. room is cozy well furnished and clean. the beach is only 5min walk away and you can’t find a better place to stay in kusadasi at such a reasonable price. highly recommended

The view of the sea from the flat was captivating, and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped with a fridge, kettle, and microwave oven. It felt like home with all the amenities.

The house is everything is promises to be, and sometimes even better. There is decent water pressure, and an electrical water heater. The lawn around the house is warm and soft, and sometimes local cats visit you when you sit outside smoking a cig. The house has two AC units, both are inverters and work very quietly. There are plenty of electric outlets. There is a whole kitchen, with a dishwasher, stove and a fridge. There is also a hair dryer, an iron, a washing machine, and even a vacuum cleaner. The couch on the lower floor is as comfy as a bed upstairs. The floors are tiled with big tiles and feel very nice to bare feet. The doors and windows are modern, there is also lots of sunlight inside. The position of the house is not very remote from the tourist region, and yet there are no loud sounds at night, and enev at daytime. The owner (he is also the host) is very kind and friendly and welcoming. And super nice, so please be nice to him in return :)

After we drove to Kusadasi from a small hotel in Izmir city and entered the Lotus Apartment, we immediately felt very comfortable. In the apartment you have enough freedom of movement. The first thing that caught our eye was the cleanliness and the brightness. Lots of light comes in through the large windows. The apartment is modernly furnished and has everything you need, even a washing machine with a little detergent. The detergent was really a nice touch. The air conditioning worked very well, the bed was comfortable and the location was absolutely great. There is a supermarket across the street and the so-called dolmus stops in front of the door. With the dolmus number 5 you can get to the center in a few minutes for 11 lira per person. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. We felt very safe. You enter the building with a door code and the l door to the apartments is also secure. A big bonus is the lift for the heavy suitcases. Attention in Google Maps the Lotus Apart is shown in the wrong street. Our taxi driver couldn't find it. You have to go to Hamit Kaplan Sokagi.

The design of the build and brand new interior with the view on swimming pool and the sea was really great. The localisation (for us) was great, because we were looking for something calm. It was next to the famous in Kusadasi "Ladies Beach", next to the great big supermarket, shops and promenade and 10m to the bus stop which drives straight to the center.
