The West entrance is the perfect starting point because you will go against the flow of tourists and have some hiking paths for yourself. Furthermore, Lukas is an amazing host and helped us to organise our tours incl. tickets for the parks and transportation . We were really enjoying the stay in this hotel and we highly recommend it.

The shopkeeper is the most friendly and helpful person in history. He helped me book a ticket to the forest park and provided me with a detailed route and map (without it, I would get lost). After checking out, I can leave my luggage at the reception desk for a few hours, and he also helped me arrange transportation to the next hotel. The room is really clean and beautiful, and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I felt very popular during my stay. I will recommend this hotel to anyone!

They also checked with us in advance and helped us book the tickets for the Tiammenshan and the Forest park. They also allowed us to check out later. Тhis is one of the best hotels I've been to! For this price we got a big apartment consisting of two rooms, a small dining room and a beautiful clean bathroom. Everything was modern and clean (what is not oft in China!). It is possible to wash and dry your clothes at the hotel. The hotel located 15 minutes from the entrance to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and near the main street with cafes, markets and shops. But the most important thing is the staff! An excellent girl immediately wrote out a plan for us for 3 days, with all the routes and places to visit! She gave us a map and noted everything on it, helped us buy all the necessary tickets, was always in touch and even changed money at the bank so that we didn’t waste time on it! It was just a delight!

Excellent, with a beautiful and super clean room and the owner making you feel like at home. I didn't take a picture of the lobby, but it has a magical atmosphere. If one day I go back to Wulingyuan, for sure I will go to the same place.
