Good location, big kitchen and lounge area, very affordable. I have no complaints. It was very quiet during the night, but I’m under the impression that I was the only guest. Shared bathroom has only 2 toilets and 2 showers.

Brilliant place to stay for a private escape. Host was so attentive with everything you could want available. Distance to town just a short walk. Cottage so comfortable, warm and cosy. The place to stay in Bright.

Bright lives up to expectations for Autumn beauty.
Bright lives up to expectations for Autumn beauty. This trip we didn't venture beyond town having done sightseeing drives before. We enjoyed our strolls beside the river from the central area on well marked walking tours. The restaurants we visited to purchase meals to take away to sit by the river were served by polite, cheerful and personable staff on each occasion, and were beautiful.

Bright is absolutely stunning especially in the autumn.
Bright is absolutely stunning especially in the autumn. The main streets were an easy walk from where I stayed at lovely Bright Deluxe. The cafes and restaurants had delicious menus and the staff were so friendly. My objective was to walk the great trails and relax and I definitely achieved it. Beautiful Bright is truly my happy place so see you again very soon…😊

Great location for bushwalking in mt buffalo.
Great location for bushwalking in mt buffalo. Some nice but expensive restaurants. The bright pub brewery is going downhill, a few years ago it was far better, the food now is terrible and the beer is uninteresting. Very sad. Third visit to bright but I guess we won’t return soon.

Bright is a wonderful town.
Bright is a wonderful town.
There are many activities and sites for people to do and visit.
I recommend booking a bike if you want to tour the surrounding areas. Otherwise, there are fantastic walking tracks around the town.
The town is beautiful in summer and more so in Autumn, when most of the leaves have turned golden brown or red.

Cute town which provides access to the ski slopes and Victorian High Country. It's easy to get to and once there you are spoilt for choice with bike trails, hiking or even leisurely strolls. There are tons of cafes, bakeries and restaurants, catering for all dietaries and cuisines.

The prettiest town we have seen.
The prettiest town we have seen. The Autumn trees are stunning as were the beautiful tree lined streets. The river has so much history with gold mining and caters for all in terms of fishing, cycling, walking and swimming. A village like atmosphere that offers great restaurants and is central to other tourist sites in the area such as Mt Beauty, Myrtleford, Beechworth and Falls Creek.
The rooms are exceptionally clean- I thought I had a brand new space. I arrived late and the staff were really great with communicating late-night check in procedures. It's super close to the main town but feels like a retreat at the same time. Free coffee pods were a great bonus and wifi worked really well. All in all, a great stay! I was travelling for business but could see it being a perfect holiday spot too, especially for families .
The views are spectacular, the gardens were lovely, the house was clean and comfortable with a great big bath to relax in and the small touches of hospitality such as the welcome hamper made it special.
Close enough to Bright main town but far enough for privacy and quietness.
Also LOVED how it was pet friendly as we were travelling with our beloved pooch.
We booked 3 Superior Villas with family and friends.
This is our second stay at Bright Riverside Holiday Park and won't be our last. We LOVED the new Superior Villas. The location is perfect, the staff are amazing, the beds are super comfy and he Villas are very stylish.
Well the place was very clean. The cabin had everything there, from fridge , stove etc. The cabin was very big, better the a hotel room, so there is space to move around in the cabin with 4 kids. Kids playground and pool was a big bounce.
And a carport for the car.....
I've stayed at the Alpine Hotel a couple of times now and will certainly do so again. The facilities are good, the location is excellent (right in the middle of everything) and any interaction I've had with staff (albeit not much) has always been very positive.
we started our holiday in bright with Aussie bike and finished our holiday back in bright. I booked Alpine after we left Bright so upon our return we could rest up and head home the next morning. It was clean and the pub was handy for a delicious meal.
Such a lovely little hotel. Have been coming to Bright for years and this was our first time staying here. Rigjt in the heart of town. Walkng distance to everything.
Bed was very comfortable loved having a couch in our room
Bright is a great place & base for this region of Victoria . So much to see in a variety of day trips . Would recommend to stay at least 3 nights ; more if time permits .
Amazing renovation, stunning decor and hotel facilities - they have thought of everything you need for a luxurious weekend away. Bonus - pool side bar service.
Peaceful with pleasant gardens. Excellent, spacious, comfortable, well appointed accommodation which suited us very well for a break from visiting family.
