We loved the location right at the national park. We saw kangaroos every day as they came in to get some water and carrots from the owners. Phil and Kerrie and exceptionally nice people and are very helpful. The room was beautiful with a great view. Cooking our own brekkie was a great way of experiencing the deck, the view and make your own breakfast in your own way. We loved it! We would absolutely recommend this place. We will be back! Thank you Phil and Kerrie!

Denham is a very nice resort. Very quiet with only a few bars, restaurants and places to buy a coffee...which the bakery makes a good and tasty latte with lovely cakes and a wide selection of savoury pies. Good sunsets and a nice stroll along the promenade are recommended at this good quality resort

Denham is a lovely quiet fishing town. The sunsets are stunning. Not much to do in the town, but if you like a quiet life on the sea front this is the place to be. Just down the road from Monkey Mia as well about 26 km

Liked the Denham beach, Little Lagoon, Francois Peron...
Liked the Denham beach, Little Lagoon, Francois Peron National Park, Shell beach, Ocean Park, Shark Bay Dive snorkelling trip to Dirk Hartog Island, Aristocrat2 sealife cruise. Also bought a heapof stuff at the pearl shop. Well stocked IGA, camping shop and hardware. The hotel attached to the Heritage Resort served great food with my favorite being the local whiting and chips. The Old Pearler was fantastic - make sure to book well in advance. Didn't like that eating options were limited and some had limited days and hours of operation. This may be because not high season so accept this as the price to pay for having a nice quiet and relaxing holiday. Other than that a perfect place to have a chilled holiday.

Beautiful place.
Beautiful place. A little out of the way but worth the travel. Not to crowded and plenty to see and do. Monkey Mia resort wonderful and clean just a few kilometers up the road. Scenic flights avaliable if it's in your budget. We'll worth it.

Denham was a nice town and clean and friendly, however it is a long way to go in to get to and even further to monkey mia which if you have seen dolphins elsewhere isn't really worth it. Shell Beach on the way in was interesting but the stromatilites were closed and no signs to let you know.

Denham is a great place to visit for a couple of days from...
Denham is a great place to visit for a couple of days from an historical viewpoint. More than that though, we struggled to find things to do or see, unless we drove for relatively long distances out of the township. The people are really friendly and helpful, the seafood meals terrific, and during our stay it was a peaceful, quiet town.

We stayed for 3 nights; great location opposite the beach. Only 2 of us so we only used upstairs accommodation. Very clean and was perfect location to enjoy Denham; walking distance to everything in town. We had a SUP board which was easily kept in a courtyard downstairs - easy to walk across the road for a SUP. Owners were so very kind and obliging even when we stuffed up our booking and thought we were checking out a day later. Owners had us totally covered! Will definitely be returning

The house is new, modern and extremely comfortable. The location is great because it’s an easy 5 minute walk to the main drag of Denham. We loved watching the kangaroos come to the property everyday for dinner. Phil and Kerry were wonderful hosts. They offered a lot of good information on what to visit and interesting info on Aussie customs. We really enjoyed being on the deck with them, having a drink and watching the colors come up after the sun went down.

Phil and Kerrie are fabulous hosts and their home is in a wonderful location in Denham, the room was comfortable, the deck area has a well set up BBQ area, a great spa and the ocean view is lovely too. If two or three couples are travelling together it is an ideal location to enjoy together too as there is a table for 6 on the deck to enjoy sunset drinks, a BBQ meal and spa.

Shark Bay Cottages aren’t for everyone but we loved them! They were clean, comfortable and provided us with everything we needed for our 2 nights stay. The position was amazing. We love that the owners have kept the old fishing shacks style and not redeveloped the prime position! It is part of the history of Denham.

Great location, one block from beach and in walking distance from everything. Quiet place with a little porch to eat and enjoyed a partial view of sunset. Very friendly owner who stopped by immediately when we had issues with lightening the stove.
