Eltham Motor Inn no longer exists. It has been private accommodation for over 12 months. I was left stranded with no accommodation and an in negotiation with booking.com to get a refund and reimbursment of my costs.

This accomodation has dated decor, but it’s very clean and the staff are extremely helpful. Such great value for money in this location. Eltham town is close , with huge range of shops, and lovely coffee shops.

I found the bathroom to be unsafe.
I found the bathroom to be unsafe. The shower door was jammed which made getting in and out difficult. There was a slight step down into the shower which I found difficult as U have a slight mobility issue and I was afraid of slipping. A grab rail and/ or a rubber showere mat would help

Very Value for money - given the customer service, the location and the comforts of the room. The Hillview room was incredible and nothing short of luxury. Absolutely worth it! It’s our 3rd stay when visiting my Daughter who lives in Eltham and it was fantastic so looking forward to our next stay at the Hotel. Great service and renovated rooms, really can’t expect more.

Good location for what we were after (visiting family in Eltham). Nice and tidy room- had all we needed. Complimentary fast-speed Wi-Fi and plenty of parking lots.Laundry facilities on-site super convenient. If you’re looking for an affordable place to sleep and leaving your belongings this ticks the boxes!

I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel staff-they were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We really appreciate their efforts they made to ensure our family had rooms close together. Great location and comfortable bed.
