Very nice location just a short drive out of Milawa. Room was spacious with king size bed and separate dining area with table and chairs and TV. The host Denise was friendly and very welcoming. We opted for dinner in our room and the meal was restaurant quality and delightful. The included hot breakfast was also lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is amazing on the main road - walking distance to Ava restaurant, Brown Brothers, lancemore and the pub, 2km From Milawa cheese. Despite this - I couldnt really hear much traffic View overlocking the vineyards. Fully equipped and modern kitchen - tea and coffee provided 3 large bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms (noone has to share) The house is modern and airy - split system in the main living area and fans to the bedrooms. Free wifi Garage and washing facilities available. Quality body/hair products in the bathrooms This is my 3rd visit and Ill be back

Exceptionally clean. While the room was fairly basic, the linen and towels were really nice quality, which made all the difference. We arrived late from an event and left early, and the staff organized for us to do a self-check in. Would love to come back for a proper holiday with time to explore the lovely looking town.
