The house was clean better than what we expected. It was very close to the beach and shops. The host was very quick at replying to any questions asked. Check-in was also very easy too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there

Loved this property! so cute and also extremely clean and it was one of the best ones we stayed at down in the Mornington Peninsula! The Jacuzzi was also really amazing! Close to the rosebud vicinities and only about a 10 min drive to go to our hot springs experience

Spa has been removed but signage still left on back door, disappointing. *Positives are nice new modern bathrooms,lots of utensils,/crockery etc,comfortable beds. Negatives- Too pricey for what we got,it was in the middle of Suburbia which a car was needed to go to shops. No welcome pack or milk for a cuppa on arrival. All Toilet roll holders not added. No insulation very noisy upstairs for bottom bedroom sleepers. Outdoor setting old tarnished & torn seats. Buffet cabinet no drawer handles,found in top dry but won’t stay in holes. It was a wonderful location.
It was a wonderful location. The apartment was very clean and tidy and everything that was outlined in the promotional. The balcony was large and had beach front views. One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard...
One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard with high risers, cheap apartment style accommodation and a Big Mac/Hungry Jack or KFC on every corner. Beautiful restaurants, clean uncrowded beaches, beautiful water to wade/swim in and still close enough to all of the stunning attractions the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. We made the right choice for 3 adults and enjoyed our stay...
We made the right choice for 3 adults and enjoyed our stay at Fairways resort….it was pleasantly to our expectations re: photos shown, spacious and clean…we had fresh clean towels etc daily…and facilities met all our basic needs. Thank you We had a great lunch of curry and seafood marinara at rosebud country club restaurant which was just a short walk away :)

We enjoyed eating at the country club and found it easy to visit local attractions like the enchanted adventure gardens and rosebud beach. The views of the golf club were lovely. The rooms were spacious and the staff friendly and helpful when I accidentally left an item behind in the room after checking out. Everything was very clean and fresh and nicely decorated and the private patio was nice to have. Our suite was nice and quiet and the car parking outside was convenient.

Now for the breakfasts, oh my god very delicious and the amount of food on the plates (very generous amount), a variety of food each morning.
