Friendly and helpful staff. It is pet friendly, so it's perfect for bringing our dog along. The room is very spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It is also not far from Batemans Bay, which can be a bit too busy and expensive to stay.

Every room has a water view. Ours faced the rising sun - it was beautiful to sit and read while my wife slept in. bed was comfortable, room was clean. When we were packing up in the mornig, the cleaning staff were friendly and nothing was any trouble for them. Lovely. Everything in town was easy walking distance - straight downstairs and outside to the boardwalk along the water front.
