The overall Hotel is lovely and tastefully decorated. The communal areas were comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable, although suitable for sleeping only due to the small size of the room, but the option to relax in the downstairs lounge/bar areas was greatly welcomed and cozy.

The property is full of history. Our apartment was very generous in size with a great outlook over the estate. The sculptures in the grounds were a fabulous surprise!
In the daytime, the property looked quite nice. The nearby pub was a handy facility for a takeaway meal. Our visit was too short as we had appointments to attend so didn't really get the chance to explore the area.
