Good, no-nonsense hotel, not super fancy but a straightforward business hotel. Simple and good. Good beds, good shower and a good breakfast.
The hotel welcomes you in an elegant and modern lobby where you can check in at a digital kiosk in less than a minute. Drivers can park their car in the outdoor secured parking for a fee.
Situated in the heart of the area of Brussels Airport and 5 minutes drive from the NATO Headquarters, the hotel is very accessible from all main roads.

Breakfast is decent though selection of options is limited. Starts from 5am. Staff solves problems immediately. Close to the airport, so could sleep longer. Has dinner place and bar for the evening.
I travel here for work on a regular basis. There is not a lot here. Its just a dormitory zone for airport hotels. There is a small town, its very local, but there are restaurants including a good Italian and of course a Friterie !

It is very convenient when you have to work in the area and also have a plane to catch shortly. It is also a quite green neighborhood with buses 12 and 21 and trains (Dieghen railway station) taking you to the city center in only 20 minutes more or less.

Every experience was great. if I had to complain about anything which would be hard, it would simply be that there was no coffee making facility in the room. but the hotel experience was great and the staff were amazing.

Diegem is on the outskirts of Brussels, close to the international airport. You don't go there to see Diegem, you go there because it's close to the airport.
That said, Brussels is great, and well worth spending a day or two tasting beers and waffles.

Location with close proximity to the airport was excellent.
Location with close proximity to the airport was excellent. The only problem was the difficulty in getting a taxi at the train station to take us to the hotel. Taxi company refused to send a taxi to the main entrance of the train station unless I could provide a specific street address (i.e., name and number).

The hotel is very close to the airport, so it's suitable if you have to be very early in the morning in the airport, because one bus takes you from the hotel to the airport for free every 30 minutes. If your plan it is going to the center of Brussels the hotel is far away and the bus service is scarce and long delayed!
I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the nice room decor and excellent use of space. Despite the small size, the room was well-structured and comfortable. Conveniently located next to my room was a coffee station and a fridge stocked with soft drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch. I only stayed for one night and had an early flight, with the airport just 10 minutes away. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, making my short stay hassle-free.
The hotel is located in an isolated place and nearly 1.5kms far from Diagem metro station.limited food options. You can choose this place in case you have a early morning flight from Brussels airport. The one person at the reception was friendly and cooperative but the other staff had called us and insisted to check out from the room at 1pm where we have requested the manager that we would leave the hotel by 3pm during checking in. But anyways no complaint. I felt there was a confusion.
Very clean rooms, super helpful staff .
They upgraded our rooms to make our stay with our 2 kids more comfortable. They could not provide an extra bed and gave us an extra room free of charge.
Many thanks to the young receptionist who helped us on 20th January! This service does make a huge difference !
Restaurant had of the best dishes we have tried in Belgium .
Often shuttle buses to Brussels and transportation to other locations.
We stayed here for one night to be close to the airport for an early flight, would not really recommend it otherwise. The rooms are all renovated and very spacious, with that generic modern style you would expect at chain hotels like these.
They have a shuttle that goes to the airport every 30 minutes, make sure to book your spot at the reception if you want to use it. Very fast and convenient!
We stayed here for one night before our very early flight out of Brussels airport. We left our car in their parking lot for the entire 2,5 week trip, which was a very handy and affordable arrangement. The room was much bigger than expected, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was nice(with a big walk in and strong shower), the girl at reception was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
Racist manager will never stay here again. The other staff was great but the manager was very racist and talked down on me and was extremely rude. The hotel itself was fine. I stayed here two days. The first day was fine and the staff was great . The second day when I checked in with the manager , he was the absolute worst ever. I would never give my money again to this specific ibis location.
We stay regularly when we go to Brussels. it's perfect for Brussels airport but also to go to the city. the hotel is in the middle of the train line between Brussels and the airport, so you have trains every 15 minutes in either direction. the hotel has friendly staff, a decent restaurant, and all the comfort you may need.
The staff were lovely and caring even though the facilities were awful. Everything that the hotel were bad at the staff apologize and tried to give an answer such for the cold at night- a personal hitter that were really nice
Easy to find (unlike some reviews have suggested) there is a clear difference between the IBIS and the IBIS budget so just remember what hotel you’ve booked and you’ll be fine. Room was a nice size and the aircon was great.
Short taxi ride to airport for a fixed fee of 15 euros. I had a very early flight but hotel booked me my taxi for 4am without problem. It's about a 12 minute walk from Diegem train station and with an upwards slope.
Modern hotel not far away from the airport. Clean, equipped, in a quiet area on the edge of the city. Excellent breakfast.
There’s a bus coming to the airport, otherwise (at night) one needs a taxi.
Best choice for the business stay in Brussels airport,Nice clean bed, clean room, also offer shuffle bus to airport (if earlier flight, they can book taxi for you)
The hotel is really close to the airport besides does have free transportation, the room is big and comfy I really recommend this hotel for your next travel
