The hotel is close to the train station which is great if you want to travel to Bruges/Antwerp/Brussels and about 20mins walking from the old town of Ghent..the bed was comfy and the hotel is spotlessly clean...breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon alongside good range of cold meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, yogurts and pastries all good quality...staff were really friendly and always greeted politely...there is a small room by reception providing free tea and coffee to guests.

Beautifully exterior, interior facilities, large family room, large comfortable sofa and beds. I really liked the room. I also liked the free parking inside the hotel and the use of the private swimming pool.
Above all, the staff working at the concierge were super friendly. The man told us about different ways to get into the city, driving and precautions for driving downtown, and even parking lots, which was a huge help to us that day.
