The cottage is in great shape and every detail well thought through. It feels like home. The beach is right around a corner and takes about 4-5 minutes to walk. Special thanks for a powerful shower head - the best water massage for a tired travellers.

Great location although initially they gave us a few of the garbage cans but after speaking with reception they moved into a different floor. Simple and seeet, employees tried to help but didn’t always have the option

This was the perfect stop on our way to Niagara Falls from the Washington DC area. We didn't want to stay on the main strip and this neighborhood was very nice, the house beautiful, the hosts lovely, parking was easy and there is a very good brewery (Brimstone Brewing Company) and other restaurants in walking distance. Would've liked more time to discover Fort Erie.

Went there only for beaches but all beaches were overcrowded. Parking for not local people is $35 near the beach. It's a robbery.
All beaches are not allowing dogs while almost every family now has a dog. This need to be changed throughout the province.
Also most of shore line is taken by private properties which also is not good considering that in other places shoreline is public.

Our stay at Comfort Inn was disappointing.
Our stay at Comfort Inn was disappointing. This was our first covid trip and the hotel stay was frustrating. No desire to stay next day. I am sure Fort Erie is beautiful but our hotel experience did not encourage us to see it further. Covid has created many excuses for not providing services.

During the pandemic, there's not many things to do. To go to the beach, you have to drive to Christal beach about 15 min away from the motel. Depends on what you want to do, it's a good place to relax.

Near Niagara Falls, Fort Erie is a reasonably inexpensive place to stay and actually much less touristy. Easy access to QEW if you want to get to Toronto or Hamilton. Easy access to Peace Bridge and Buffalo and BUF airport. Don't expect much entertainment other than bingo. Bars and restaurants are low priced, somewhat spartan but very friendly.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. They were amazing. We had a jetted tub king bed room and everything we needed was available as advertised. I also liked that it was within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and pharmacies, yet the hotel was tucked away from all of that for a nice quiet atmosphere. We would definitely go there again!! Thanks for making our trip memorable!
No breakfast...even though breakfast was listed as included in rates and booking..microwave and fridge was listed as included in the room..on arrival and on checking into the room...microwave and fridge was not in the room, when i querried why advertising what is included in the rooms and not delivering or keeping to your promises? Nothing was done..i felt paying such rates and get cheated...bad hotel
Breakfast was excellent. I had the breakfast sandwich both mornings and green tea. I am not a coffee drinker or a black tea person so having the green tea available was much appreciated. Norm mixed it up and he appreciated the fresh fruit. Staff were friendly yet professional. Will return shortly as Norm’s brother is very unwell and the hotel is well located for us.
We had a great stay at the comfort Inn. The staff were lovely! The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. It was well located - with shops and the supermarket within a 5 minute walk. I would have given it a higher rating but there is not so much to do in Fort Erie so it is hard to give it a 9/10.
We chose this hotel for its location and price. After a long drive to the Peace Bridge, we needed a place to sleep nearby. We were very pleased with the comfort and cleanliness of the room, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for dinner.
Confort Inn in Fort Erie serves the best breakfast we never had: all was offered, cereales, pancakes, eggs on cheeses, yogurt, cheese, various fruits, varied toast-jam...in short, more than our expectations. Excellent!
There was really nothing to like it was very disappointed I see why they were cheaper than the rest of the places but only by a few dollars I should have spent 10 more dollars and got to a real hotel
I enjoyed having the open windows and fresh air in our room when we arrived.
The location is great as it afforded us the opportunity to walk to old Fort Erie and restaurants along Garrison street.
The staff were exceptional. The hotel was very busy for the eclipse and yet the team just soaked up the pressure and were very friendly and helpful. A credit to the organisation.
