Parkside Inn was unsafe and dilapidated, I was stuck to stay as I had booked before seeing the property. Hard to believe any Motel can remain open in this condition. Location to the Casino was excellent. We also ate at KFC. Which was fine. Even though, they got our order wrong. Tim Hortons, was Fantastic. As usual. It was easy to find locations, mall, etc. Try to avoid the construction.

The staff were fabulous!! The breakfast that was included with the room was delicious! The room was comfy and quiet! We found the room was too dark, need to upgrade their lights! But over all it was a very delightful stay!

The pool was cold because something was not working. I booked one night with Expedia for $150. and then was charged $50.00 more for that night. I booked a second night in which I did not book with Expedia and paid 200.00 for the room. I thought, what was the point in booking with Expedia if your going to charge me the difference? When we arrived at the hotel, all of the staff, along with the manager James, did whatever they could to accommodate our request, even having the cleaning team prepare a room very quickly for us. I always enjoy going for a swim in the evenings especially if I have my child with me so we loved that they have a pool with a water slide. The beds were quite comfortable. Always clean, staff are professional. Our kids love the pool and water slide. Hopefully the hot tub will be open again soon. Breakfast is one of the best! Definitely recommend for families, probably not so much for a romantic getaway.
