We found our suite was very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and the view.

It was our first trip and we had fun picking cherries.
It was our first trip and we had fun picking cherries. We also visited some vineyards. The next time around, we know where to stay as the hotels fill up so quickly and so we had to drive 10 minutes farther from the lake.

Easy to get to and from the main city and our B & B was in a quaint neighborhood overlooking the lake. Highly recommend going to the Myra Cannon to either bike and/or hike. Easy access to hwy 97S for a day trip to Oosoyos and drive was spectacular. Dinner at Catcus Club in downtown Kelowna was delicious and really enjoyed walking the pier their including the naturalized marsh.

Great location close to lots of restaurants and wineries.
Great location close to lots of restaurants and wineries. Our room was nice and spacious. Shower water pressure not great and no place to hang wet towels. Room devided into sleeping and sitting areas both with large tvs. A curtain between the two areas would be great. Because of the Reno’s taking place, the parking lot was hard to get in and out of. Once all done, should be an excellent spot.

West Kelowna is home to many fantastic wineries that offer great views and tastings. This part of British Columbia is becoming the new Napa of the north and there are several wineries that have excellent bistros, Mount Boucherie winery has the Modern Butcher, which has an extensive wine list of their own wines plus other local wines. The food was a 10/10. I would suggest that you make a reservation as it was busy. We visited the Hatch, which is a real treasure and Black Swift one of Jason Parker's other wineries. The tastings were done by knowledgable staff who were attentive and kind. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. There are plenty of wine tours that will pick you up at your lodging and drive you to some of the local wineries. Most of the wineries have picnic tables and you can bring your own picnic and enjoy a bottle of wine. Overall this was a fantastic experience, especially after Covid. All of the wineries we visited and our bed and breakfast had very good safety measures in place.

There are a number of wineries very conveniently located within the city. The city of Kelowna is only a short distance away, across the bridge. Because the streets wind around, run at angles, and sometimes terminate, it can be a bit difficult to find your way around. The part of the city we stayed in was largely commercial and light industrial, and not particularly attractive. The residential area where our accommodation was located was an exception to this, and was quite nice.
The house is situated in a beautiful location on West Kelowna, on the top of the hill with a magnificent view of the Okanagan Lake and Kelowna City. Trevor and Lisa were extremely helpful with great tips of things to do, where to eat, trails, wine tours and so on.
The breakfast provided is out of this world, so tasteful and large portions!
We can't wait to go back there and get to know more of the Okanagan Valley. We had an amazing time and recommend Les Chambres Roses without a single doubt.
Lovely hotel and location. Our stay was short so did not use spa, pools etc. But we went for a wonderful walk through a nut farm and neighborhood with beautiful houses to admire! The lake was beautiful. Wish we had had a longer stay planned here! Room was comfortable and clean. Good coffee. Close to restaurants, starbucks and some stores. Only complaint is can't check in til 5pm and have to be out by 10 am. Most hotels 3 or 4 pm check in, and 11 am check out.
The property is exceptionally beautiful. The owner went all the above to accommodate our plans and make the stay unforgettable. The room included a huge private outdoor space with a jacuzzi and it was the best experience being there with a view. The room is very clean and spacious, we had everything needed. If I will get a chance to visit Kelowna again, I will definitely book the same hotel. The best experience ever, thank you so much again!
The view was spectacular. The location was perfect, as West Kelowna is scenically situated across Okanogan Lake and the Kalamoir national park and hiking trails were literally a hop jump and skip away! The hosts Merle and Lou were super sweet, amazing to converse with and the breakfasts were deliciously homemade. Their dog, Tinkle, is also so cute! This place is a gem, and we would highly recommend. Felt like staying with family.
This location in West Kelowna, BC needs a very serious update on all furniture and bathrooms.
I had previously told our neighbors before we went to Kelowna to stay there because location was excellent for their continued trip next morning to Vancouver. I immediately texted her “find somewhere else” this place is terrible. And so she did!!!!!!! Fix it up please your setting is good but too bad the hotel was a disaster!!!!!
By far the best stay I had in a very long time. Merle and Lou were amazing, we all had a great talk during breakfast.
The location and the room were simply stunning. I rarely had such a clean, peaceful, cozy location. So far better than all the hotels I stayed in, and for a cheaper price.
Give yourself a treat: get some tea on the balcony with a view to the lake just by sunset, and say hi to Tico for me.
On arrival the check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Best staff in a hotel I’ve experienced.
Breakfast was amazing and so many options for our family.
Staff opened the slide for the kids whenever we asked and went above and beyond for us. Hotel was clean with huge TV and large room updated room.
Good, quiet location. Comfortable even though minimal. Room large enough for a couple.
It’s a homestay, not a hotel. Nothing wrong with that, but know that the services provided will be accordingly. In fact, the host, Rodica, will help you if you need anything (within reason, of course).
Fantastic view of Kelowna from high in the hills of west Kelowna. They had a great breakfast. We didnt make time for the pool but they do have a pool haha
