Excellent breakfast with a good choice of sweet and savoury, including local products (jams, juices, honey etc), warm bread. The extra touches such as free tea and coffee in the room and in the downstairs lounge felt like a treat! The room was very warm and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean. The restaurant offered a good choice of good quality meat and other dishes, we returned most nights. We really loved our stay!
Richard and his colleagues went the extra mile to accommodate us!

The location was superb, if you like being in the mountains. Peaceful and spectacular. Breakfast and the restaurant food were superb.
Offering a panoramic view of the Dents du Midi mountain range, Hôtel Le White - Le 42 Restaurant is located at the entrance of the village of Champéry, in the heart of the vast ski area of Portes du...
Boutique Hotel Beau-Séjour & Spa Superior is located about 400 metres from the cable car in Champery amid the Portes du Soleil ski region. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Great starting point for access into Porte due Soliel area...
Great starting point for access into Porte due Soliel area with just one chairlift taking you to run down to Avoriaz. Les Crosets itself is a small village with a lack of amenities, so be prepared for high eating out costs and with only a small shop, choices are limited.
In that sense, staying in Champery may be the better option with just one cable car to get you up to the ski area each morning. But if you're looking for easy access with great views and charm, Les Crosets is definitely a good choice if staying in Swiss side.
Transport is also very easy with a train from Geneva airport with just one change at Aigle to perform. The bus from Val D'Illiez takes you straight to village.

This is great place to stay, about 200m from the lifts to a Port du Soleil. There are a few restraunts, exclusive to less expensive and a couple of bars. I would say the Swis side is more London Prices where as France is that plus 10% a bit cheaper than France. No issues skiing into France.

Good access to Portes du Soleil ski area with wide selection of ski runs. Suitable for all levels of skier. Not a huge choice of restaurants but the ones that are there, all served really nice food and staff were friendly. It’s a small resort so you can easily walk from one side to the other in 10-15 minutes so whichever hotel you stay in, you have good access to the slopes and ski hire shops.

Our daughter 20 and our son 18 stayed at L'Etable Hotel in Les Crosets and absolutely loved it ... the reason to go there was to hit the mountain bike tracks and do some hiking and enjoying hot pools ... what they found was absolutely amazing mountain bike tracks everywhere and easy accessible ... the hiking and scenery extremely nice ... the town is very small so for shopping you'd have to go to Champery but they didn't need to as the food at the hotel was outstanding and good value :-)
The rooms are great - the restaurant is great - honesty bar - location - decor - but best of all - the owners who are without any doubt the best I have ever met in 50 years of very extensive travel. I own a hotel and was a director of a huge travel group - and these guys are THE BEST. They cared for my wife when she needed help and went a million miles beyond what anyone could expect. They take hospitality to a new level. They are angels with a smile and a warm welcome. Absolutely unbelievably perfect.
Very friendly staff and the location is absolutely perfect. The ski lift is 50 meters away and perfectly accessible. Facilities in the hotel are okay. There is a common area thats always accessible and the restaurant is open most of the time except at night. There is plenty of choice during breakfast and you can order serveral snacks from the menu at the restaurant. Do note that there are no full meals on the menu, not that we know of atleast.
The apartment is really outstanding:
- The situation (walking distance from a small supermarket, near the ski lifts)
- The surroundings (lovely view on the mountains, charming village of Les Crosets)
- The equipment (quality furniture and kitchen tools, nice bathrooms, ...)
- The comfort (very nice beds, elevator, free parking)
- The host is extremely attentive, responsive and helpful
Lovely ski in/out chalet in a fab location, close to 3 chair lifts. Hosts very friendly and welcoming and accommodated a full breakfast for an early flight home. Great daily breakfasts and we enjoyed the evening meals when these were served.
Highly recommend!
It was a comfortable stay and the host was friendly. The multi pass lent to us by the host was a pleasant surprise because it granted us unlimited access to chair lifts in Portes du Soleil and the Dents du Midi region and other activities.
Fabulous location on the slopes - can’t get better
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable
Easy going / very relaxed hotel
Parking (underground) at hotel and very reasonably priced (£6 per day)
Food choice in the evening is good
A true ski-in, ski-out establishment in Les Crosets. Welcoming host, super-friendly staffs and comfortable beds! Wished we could stay an entire week rather than just the weekend.
