The hotel is very well located: just outside of the old town so it is very calm (which is appreciated given the crowd of the old town). At the same time it id easy to go inside the old town (just one street to cross).
The decoration is inspired, the room is clean, modern and comfortable.
Lee granted us a warm welcome, with lots of great advice for people whi want to get off the beaten track.

The Location is great because it is within the heart of the old town but bear in mind that car drop off is not possible, you need to walk quite a distance with your luggage should you have a big case like us. However, the property keeper assisted us in transporting our luggage upon our arrival around 10 pm. I wish to stay more days like 5 nights instead of 2 nights.

The breakfast was good and filling. The hosts accommodated our request for changes for breakfast. The location was very good. I got sick when I was in Dali. The hostess was very nice and called me a taxi to the hospital and she did not charge me. It was very nice to have washing and drying machines so we had a laundry day.

The hotel is in a small side alley, with no car traffic, so it's very peaceful. It's also just a few minutes away from the pedestrian zone, and close to many restaurants and shops.
Room was large, and despite some weird furniture arrangement it was comfortable enough.
Bathroom is without a separated shower, so it can get a bit flooded but it does dry surprisingly fast: personally I don't love it, but I even I could live with that.
Staff very young and possibly not very experienced, but helpful, kind, and smily. Just a bit of english spoken, but the translation apps helped. Keep it up :)

Our stay here is fantastic. The owners are kind, pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect. It is situated right inside Dali Ancient Town. Halal food is available less than 100m away from our inn's entrance. Didi pickup and drop off point is just outside the inn. It is walking distance to everywhere. Erhai Lake Longkan Wharf is less than 2km away. You can take Didi or taxi to get here.
We got an awesome room with really good view. The bed is comfy. The pillows are soft. We had really good night sleep. The showers are great. Water heater is available.
I really recommend this place to everyone coming to Dali. There is no reason for you not to stay here. It is a perfect place.
