I loved the hotel, their attention is super helpful, also the location, you have everything in the area: Nightclubs, restaurants, hairdressers, drugstores and even a clinical laboratory, I was very satisfied and I would use it again on my next vacation.

We chose to stay here because it's right around the corner from our family member's apartment building. They don't have air conditioning, so we don't sleep well at their place. We have stayed at Ayenda 1406 Depeapan 4 times now, usually 3 to 4 nights at a time. My husband & I & our 12 yr old son stay in a triple room with a double bed & a twin bed. The rooms are very clean. You can hear the traffic a little but not too much. But the best part is the air conditioning is super cold & we have hot water to take showers! We love getting up in the morning & going downstairs to eat at the 24 hr bakery with great food! Everyone's friendly, especially the maid! We could stay at a fancier more upscale hotel if we wanted, but we have everything we need here. I would highly recommend! Also, there are plenty of great little restaurants within a short walking distance.
