This is an amazing all-in-one hostel for beginner as well as more experienced surfers. It’s located right in front of a surf break! It pretty much has anything you might need on a surf vacation - showers by the beach, bar+restaurant with pretty good choice and quality of food, pool, massage cabinet, yoga mats as well as yoga classes and other free activities, a coworking space and more! They offer beginner surf lessons and some soft top and short boards for rent. But I was able to find a hardtop longboard at a rental 5min walk away.

It's a budget hotel in a great location. We had an issue with our room on the first night and were moved to another room the next day immediately without any quibbles or fuss. The pool is lovely, it's a convenient walk to the restaurants nearby. Great value for money, lovely vibe in Playa Hermosa.
