The staff is amazing. I had an emergency related to my work trip and they help me sort it out. The location is wonderful. Our room had a very nice view over the roof tops.

Great customer service from end to finish, delicious breakfast not leaving anything to be desired, car parking space very well organised, spacious and coming in very handy in the area with otherwise public car parking to be paid for. One could not have asked for more.

Seaside resort, we visited towards the end of the summer season, lovely and quiet, good weather able to bath and relax on the beach when not to busy. We had taken our cycles, beach front 1km from town centre, we didn't use the car for the duration of our stay - walked and cycled. lots of bars and cafes. Good place for water sports, strong wind at times.

Nice area.
Nice area. The marina, beach and nature reserve are amazing for walks.
Good restaurant, and especially Fish and Chips are very good!
Also a good base point to visit the area (Kiel, Lübeck and Fehmarn)

This is not the nicest of all small german cities in the north but very easy to access and the harbor area offers various seafood. I was a bit disturbed that they had managed to park all cars in the middle of the harbor Centre.
It is a perfect place to stay in Heiligenhafen. Apartment has everything you need living there: extra furniture for balcony, fully equipped kitchen, sauna, lots of cute marine interior details. And parking slot👍🏻
You can enjoy both sunrise and sunset from your windows and balcony, view is awesome: yachts, foreland with a bird reserve. And there’s not crowded pathway near your windows.
I loved that it was so welcoming to dogs! When you travel with your dog most of the time it feels like they barely tolerate you at hotels, even if they allow dogs. Here there were food and water bowls put out, and Bruse loved his complementary toy! Pretty area to walk your dog by the beach as well. Tasty breakfast.
The hotel is very dog friendly. Dog cleaning stations, dog-area in the breakfast room… for us this was a very welcome situation.
Also, the breakfast has vegan alternatives such as vegan cheese and cakes. Thank you!
The room was clean and the spa was welcoming and had two big saunas and a steam bath.
Location is extremely good in the center of Heiligenhafen. Personell very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good and enough, combined with good service. We got an upgrading of our room which was highly appreceated.
The location of the hotel was amazing. It was opposite the beach and within walking distance of the marina and town. The rooms are well appointed and the balcony overlooking the beach was great.
The greek restaurant was okay with a cosy backyard feeling. Parking on the back lot was handy, but far from the stairs to the hotel rooms when carrying luggage.
