The only positive thing about this hotel is its location: the Red Sea is amazing. There is a wonderful house reef teeming with life (although big stuff sightings are rare, it's mostly usual small fishes), and - what makes this place stand out - an unusually large litoral lagoon, mostly very shallow and overgrown with seagrass, with some unique wildlife including morays, stingrays, and plenty of nudi branches (usually seen in the morning or late afternoon). Even an eagle ray was spotted there!
Featuring air-conditioned rooms with a balcony, Malikia Resort Abu Dabbab is located 19 mi south of Marsa Alam International Airport. It offers a gym, outdoor pool and restaurant.

Nothing! We are full time travelers, and in all our travels, this was the worst by far! The "all-inclusive " was an insult. The cheapest same food every day and in both restaurants. Pool , gym, spa closed until 10 am and closed again at 5, gym until 7. But you cannot train or relax, because hotel employees constantly harass you for upsell services. Ironically, a waiter to bring you a drink at the pool or beach doesn't exist, but droves and teams of sales people from hair salon, spa, dive trips, anything you can imagine are perpetually asking you to purchase more. I felt like a piece of meat walking through a cage of hundreds of wolves. There was actually sewage leaking out of manhole covers and toilet paper on the path ! I have pictures of this! I want a refund!

Nice and spacious room, beautiful landscape. Good variety to make salads if you want to eat healthy. Staff was very friendly most of the time. Our highlight was the dive center located directly on the property, with very nice staff!

The day trips were amazing.
The day trips were amazing. Swimming with the dolphins and the sea turtles was phenomenal. The water was crystal clear. It's a great place for diving and snorkeling. It is not so good for people who are active at night because there's isn't much outside of the resort.

Lovely area of the country.
Lovely area of the country. As an American traveling in Egypt I felt very safe. The military has a lot of bases on the coast as it is an international border so safety is not an issue there. We stayed at our resort. There is not a "town" around there, so the resorts are all-inclusive. It is easy to book an excursion on camel or four-wheeler into the desert if you get restless staying put.

you can use abou dabab as an off shut to see other destinations driving distance from it. The beach there is one of the few that has proper sand and coral mixes so it's great for both snorkeling and divers and people who just want to chill.

It's the worst!
It's the worst! Diving gear got stolen and they kept lying to avoid even looking for it. The children got chemical rashes from the pool. The receptionist was extremely rude both at check in and check out. Oh and the Abu dabbab bay/beach is certainly overrated. No dugong, one giant turtle if you're lucky, and a whole lot of intrusion from the guys trying to sell you trips.
staff is very friendly in all places of the hotel. special thanks to Hassan cleaning our room, the guys at the Mamut ice cream, the people of the Spa.
the location is excellent (we came for diving) and so are the facilities for kids (we don’t have them - but I can see the attractiveness due the the swimming pool, gliders, etc).
I read the hotel is a bit older - this is true but it doesn’t hurt the quality of the stay, considering the price range you’re in.
It was one of my best vacations at concorde hotel, first the location is exceptional away from the the noise of the city ,a good place to enjoy the fresh clean air of marsa allam really stress relieving, the staff is very cheerful from the lobby to the restaurant and the animation team also we liked the beach and snorkeling the coral reefs were awesome
,It is also a good place for kids the have a kids club my son liked it
Access to the internet was very poor. This presents a possible risk to travelers who might need to contact family, friends or services, especially in the face of an emergency. It is also only available in the lobby. For this reason I would not stay here again. The staff were pleasant and tried to be accommodating. I needed medical attention and the hotel doctor was very helpful.
Amazing reef! I saw dolphins, sting rays, a shark, turtles, and many many fish all on the house reef. I had the flexibility to snorkel whenever I wanted to (6 am - 4 pm). The hotel also arranged a boat trip for me to see the dugongs. This is definitely the hotel for anyone who wants Marsa Alam's best snorkel experience just a few steps away.
The Hotel is amazing
Staff is very Friendly from the GM to the bellman
Animation team is very funny & creative
Location, beach, sea are wonderful
The hotel has a very nice Reef for snorkeling
Pool is very big and nice, they have a nice aqua park
Food is good, but you have to try Dolce Vita restaurant it's very nice & romantic 😉
Royal Brayka is a great Hotel due to the Location and Bay, usually we stay at Brayka Bay but die a lack of availability we chose to stay at Royal in a Beach Front Room 1005 in Building 1. The fridge door was loose and continually dripped water on the floor an the bathroom is very dated but the rest was fine.
loved our stay at Hilton, the room layout was very nice & convenient, the garden room had a nice terrace overlooking the pool & garden, the food & drinks was very good and had variety most of the days, the beach was great for snorkeling & swimming, the staff were all friendly. overall great value
The hotel is very quiet and it is good to spend time there. Good territory, great beach both with riffs and sand so you can swim at any weather. Great stuff, great view, clean room. We enjoyed tasty food at Italian restaurant. We booked this hotel last year and selected the same one this year.
Views of sea and gardens were lovely, all the staff were cheerful and attentive. Food wise , we liked soups, salads and desserts . Very clean all round the hotel. Heated pool was good.
1. The lobby decoration 2. The room decoration 3. The sea (that doesn’t belong to Hilton) 4. The quietness (rooms are very quiet) 5. The animation on the pool every night.
rooms were kind of above average for a 4 stars hotel beach is big and they have two swimming pools and the food served at dinner was kind of good in the over all
