Fabulous room, spotlessly clean and lots of attention to detail - complimentary chocolates, robe for swimming pool. Loved easy access to pool, the amazing breakfast choice and the wide timeframe it was available, so not having to worry about setting an alarm. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a very relaxing massage.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were helpful and our room was kept spotlessly clean and tidy. The location suited us well and there are a wealth of restaurants within easy walking distance to suit all pockets. We would happily return. If we did have one tiny complaint it was the bed was a bit hard for us.

This is a great apartment hotel about 7kms from the centre...
This is a great apartment hotel about 7kms from the centre of Valencia. It is really not near any transport as far as we can see but if you have a car as we did its a great place to drive into Valencia centre and park in a car park or alternatively go to the nearest metro station and take the metro in. The apartments are very comfortable with a small kitchen. We had a two bed apartment which basically had one king bed or twin and a single, but there was a sofa bed in the lounge as well - also two bathrooms. I think not having a kettle and toaster in the kitchen was probably the only negative on the apartment. The price of the apartment is far cheaper than staying right in town so it really depends on what you are looking for - space or being central

The room was very comfortable and air-conditioning was great. The staff in the hotel was very attentive, special thanks to Isabella from the food and beverage team for making our experience so enjoyable. The housekeeping team was very efficient with the turndown service and reception and nights team were always helpful with ordering taxis and requests for the room. A big thank you to the Hotel Albufera team!

She is professional and quite helpful. She maintains a calm composure while dealing with clients regardless of the situation, whether person-to-person conversations or speaking to a client on the phone. Kudos to her. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel tells cleanliness to a high level. The room was and smelled very clean.
