Hotel was clean, staff were great and plenty of food choices at the buffet. Kids activities in the evening were well received. Plenty of choice during the day for kids between pools, splash park and soft play area.

Breakfast: Our dining experiences further added to the disappointment. The breakfast was particularly underwhelming. With limited options—primarily five types of eggs—and lacking breakfast staples like pancakes, the meal failed to impress. The Eggs Benedict we received were poorly prepared, the coffee was subpar, and the fruit selection was below the standard and if we had wanted to repeat the meal, it would have cost extra! Dinner: The dinner at the hotel's restaurant MELVIN was overpriced and only mediocre in quality. Despite the high standards claimed by the hotel, the meal was far from spectacular, lacking the creativity and quality one would expect from a five-star establishment.

Our second visit to Los Jardines was as good as the first, and we were again staying in a brand new apartment, this time further down the hill towards Terrazza. We really love this place, and really appreciate the size of the accommodation and how beautifully it’s been done. It feels very luxurious at a great price point. There was a lot of building work happening behind our apartment but it didn’t impact upon us. We really hope to visit again!

Very nice hotel, makes big impression on arrival. Spacious and very nice rooms which are cleaned every day. In a room there was kettle and fridge which was nice addon. Nice pools, a lot of activities during day. Also evening singers and entertainment in Showroom. Good/modern TV with Youtube access.

Very nice variety of breakfast, with homemade juice. They use their own fresh produce from the farm. We had fresh eggs and bananas. They offer dinner, too. The room was nice and clean, with a large terrace. Good size of pool at the property. Great place to relax. We enjoyed our stay here.
