Love the spacious room! The bed was very comfortable. The pool is gorgeous! I wish the weather would have been a bit warmer so that I could swim in the pool, sunbathe and delight myself with the astonishing view. Two breakfast options were offered. The buffet looks amazing with fresh breads and fruits and all kinds of other goodies. I opted for the "express" breakfast; coffee, bead, meats... it was delicious.

The hotel is in an excellent location. It is right next to the historical center, as well as very close to the beach and it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the train and bus station. You can go on foot anywhere you need.
The hotel is in a pedestrian street, so if you arrive with a car, parking might be a bit difficult.
The rooms are of a good size, as well as the bathroom where there is enough space for toileteries.
The bed was really comfortable with a good matress, which does not happen often in hotels.
Staff were helpful and friendly.

Wonderful beach , especially now low seasons almost zero tourists and so many locals. Beautiful place, people are extremely friendly, I got already 3 favourite restaurants or eating places to return to on my next visit: La Orilla, La Alegria de la cala and El Espigon.
Perfect for holidays with kids, you've got everything for a great holiday: sun, clean spacious beaches, local food, friendly restaurant staff, friendly locals, Catholic church with weekly masses, big supermarkets, plenty of pharmacies and beauty salons.

It was a lovely community. Easy to get around.
It was a lovely community. Easy to get around. We were there in February though and found many places closed. It was 35 min drive to Nerja and Benalmadena, both nice areas to visit. We enjoyed the restaurant LACALIZA for dinner and La Alegria de la Cala for breakfast. In Nerja, we loved Mena Garden which had a beautiful outdoor space for afternoon lunch. In Benalmadena, we enjoyed the park, the restaurant La Serina on the beach.

Cala del Moral is really a separated suburb of Malaga which is a metropolitan Financial and Industrial Port City therefore it can a be a little rough around the edges, The people of Cala Del Moral apprcaiated us trying to communicate in Spanish which always helps. We ate out for Breakfast at the Alegria in one of the squares 2 minutes from the hotel for about E30-40 per day and the food and service was excellent. On the beach look for the Jetty (translation) bustling, busy and full of locals and excellent value. Moon Dreams Hotel (Soho) was perfect for us. Loved it, would consider buying there.

A pleasant place.
A pleasant place. I am in a wheelchair and encountered many friendly, helpful people. Had lunch in La Conchas which was excellent, and the bar/restaurant is a really nice place, absolutely scrupulously clean, and the owner and staff are wonderful. Beach very close.

The real Spain, hardly any non Spanish conversations heard.
The real Spain, hardly any non Spanish conversations heard. Food is very Spanish i.e. no chorizo in the paella's which seems to only exist outside Spain and in the Guirilandia Costa resorts. A must restuarant is Juani: bueno, bonito, barato.
Super good location.
Good breakfast with gluten-free options.
The swimming pool area is good.
The cleaning, reception, and pool staff are attentive and feel like family.
I have stayed at the hotel three times. You know me. The truth is that they have earned my esteem.
The hotel has a big challenge in improving and refurbishing the rooms, especially the bathroom area.
If you tell them about it, they take into account the remarks responsibly and solve it.
In general, I am happy with the attention I have received and I will be back.
The team here couldn’t be more helpful and lovely . We had our flight cancelled and this was the nearest hotel we could find to the airport . We booked at close to midnight and when we arrived the paperwork was all done and the overnight reaction guy welcomed us so well and quickly it was overwhelming . The next morning they helped us with taxis and were brilliant . The rooms were really clean albeit a bit tired but for the money it was excellent . Thank you so much
The apartment was well equipped. It wasn't very big, especially the bathroom but we didn't spend much time there.
The owner was pleasant and recommended places to eat.
It is a 10 minute walk to the Cala del Moral beach, 20 minutes coming back up the steep hill.
Parking was an issue ,especially in the evening and weekend.
One tip is don't switch both hob rings and washing machine on at the same time...the electricity tripped a few times but was easily fixed.
Allocated a room on the road side of hotel which has alot of traffic all night ,we had asked for a quiet room . unfortunatly the double glassed balcony door didnt close properly so not much sound proofing.Shower holder was broken so shower head kept falling off. Thesethings were minor given the price paid and overall positives of the hotel . We proberbly should have asked for another room but once unpacked couldnt be bothered.

We enjoyed every moment. The apartment is located on the beach, it has a great sea view and is equipped with everything one might need for the holiday. The neighbourhood is calm and charming, with more locals than tourists. There are many restaurants with excellent options in the area. Shops and pharmacies are also available, and so is public transportation, so one can easily reach Malaga.
The property was in a good (quiet) location on the outskirts of La Cala del Moral with easy access to the A7.
Although the owners were living on-site, they did not bother you unless you had specific questions to ask and were always friendly and approachable.
It was great to be able to relax in the garden and pool at any time of day.
Also a bonus Lidl was not far away.
We spent 5 days in this płace and were very happy . Very clean and comfortable small hotel . Not too far from Sea and shops and restaurants but peacefull at night because in good and nice part of city. We had car and visited all around. Senior Antonio was very kindly for us and ready to help . We dreaming to come back there again.
The Hotel is in lively neighborhood with bakeries, restaurants, hairdressers and all sorts of everyday shops around. No sterile hotels-only foreign over-spenders only feeling.
Interest in Spanish speaking a plus, but you get around without.
The room was great, very large, with nice furniture. The bathroom was very nice. I found a free place to park only 200m away from the hotel. IIt could be great for cyclists, since you can easily go to the Malaga city center using a bikepath.
The biggest room I ever had staying in the hotel. King size bed with another single bad if needed. Separate toilet area vs bath tub. Very close to the beach, however the current is too strong so no swimming.
Lovely hotel in a lovely area, had a room with sea view. Fabulous rooftop pool. Reception staff were very nice and helpful as were housekeeping staff.lovely hotel overall and wouldnt hesitate in going back
Our host Antonio is so kind and helpfull. Bigh room. Own breakfast outsite in the sun. Parking next to hotel. Fully equiped kitchen with some groceries like oil, salt, etc. A cold drink after check in.
The 4* hotel should be litle better. Good, but very weak breakfast offer. Suprising was NO restaurant or lobby bar. Everything except breakfast has to be provided outside the hotel.
I like everything about this property, nice spacious room, comforyable bed. Great location, walk to beaches, Especially the hosts seemed very nice and generous! People
