The hotel is rather large but in spite of the size, the attention we received from staff was very personable and very friendly. We had some issues with the room size we initially booked and the hotel was able to upgrade us to a suite at a reasonable additional cost. The overall grounds are very well kept and the overall facilities is what one would expect from a five star hotel. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and very plentiful. We used room service on a number of occasions and it was prompt and quite good in variety and quality. I would indeed recommend NH Collection for anyone planning to spend time in Santiago.

The location is great. the room was nice and modern and it looks new. I did not plan to arrive that night so I booked the hotel in the last minute on the way driving from Porto and it cost me 77Euro, which I thought WHY didn't I see this offer sooner cuz for the other 2 nights I booked it in advance somewhere else and it cost slightly more.
