Kudos to the caretaker who cared enough to bring my wet clothes in from the garden before she left for the night. Clothes were dry in the morning, thank you.

The location is very good, close to highway, stores and a shopping mall.Breakfast is good and plenty. The hotel and restaurant is very dog friendly.Highway is just outside and if you are light sleeper, use ear plugs if the room is towards the parking and highway.Additional fee for dogs was 10€ per night which is reasonable.Extra thumbs up for the staff. I enjoyed our three night stay!

Staff was very welcoming. The building was beautiful, clean well located. If you're a pilgrim on the camino, the next morning starting point is right by the hotel. Highly recommend.

Larrasoana was originally our second choice for an overnight stay on the Camino; our original preference was Zubiri. The day's walk was a little longer but very much worth it because of the charm of Casa Elita and the quality of the reception and pilgrim's dinner at the inn at the centre of the village. One of the best evenings of the Camino!

Larrasoana is a very small village.
Larrasoana is a very small village. If you are walking the Camino and planning to stay in the Albergue, care needs to be taken to ensure that it is open for your dates. We were in Larrasoana in early June and there was a note in the window of the Albergue stating that it opened from 22nd June. There aren't a lot of accommodation choices in Larrasoana.
