I had a specific need for a central location and quite room to quickly recover after an unfortunate accident and hospital stay during the trip and the place met that expectation. Huge, comfortable bed, which was nice. I can't really comment on other aspects, because I could not focus on other things at that time.

The property is a beautifully renovated old house with a splendid garden, perfectly located near the old town, with very welcoming common areas for a quiet evening or a lazy afternoon. The host is very communicative, providing all the necessary information (and beyond) about the place and surroundings.

The location in the heart of the old town is wonderful, and an easy walk to the main attractions. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection of sweet and savory options ,fresh local produce and continental choices. The old part of the bulílding including the bar/lounge area is stunning. Enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace, unfortunately too windy during our stay to enjoy the pool area. Hotel has their own underground car park, which was convenient.

Stylish, clean, modern. I like the duplex feel. Absolutely brilliant location, slap bang in the centre of town. Friendly staff. Breakfast delivered to the room, presumably bought from a local café.

The room was very cozy, and we had a nice view from the balcony. Also, it was easy to find a free of charge parking spot nearby. The best thing was that when we told to the manager (or the owner, probably) that we need to check out at 5 am due to the early flight, he prepared us a breakfast for the morning (sandwiches, yogurts and fruit) which was a nice surprise as we thought we’re going to miss the breakfast despite it’s included in the price. We’re very happy with this experience, it was definitely the right choice!

Very nice area - had a village feel with bars and supermarket and taxi rank nearby. Transport hub on the other side of town but pleasant to walk along the waterfront. Nice to return and visit a cafe in the square after a busy day.

We liked the quiet orchard garden setting and the fact that this was not a resort but a real Tenerife village. There were short local walks but as hikers we really enjoyed the nearby remote Anaga region. Transport by car was a bit of a problem as we inevitably had to drive through the busy one way streets of Santa Cruz to get to and from the property. We got used to this but needed a sat nav. The owners were very friendly and gave us fruit from the garden and eggs from their hens.
