The hotel (or apartment hotel) was a very, very pleasant surprise in terms of the quality and presentation. Seemingly a refurbished commercial property, the owners and managers did a great job on that front - seems like a lux property with great amenities in the same building.
The staff were outstanding; as friendly as folks in Fiji tend to be, the crew (and Mary in particular) were indefatigable when it came to making sure all was good with the booking and my stay.
My middling mark for things like location, comfort and value for money were more a function of me being a tough marker. I didn't go beyond the block, so can't comment on the location - it was apparently walking distance from the city centre.

Location wise was great and the staff were amazing and so friendly we had a problem with the shower in our room and they happily sorted this out and actually moved us to another room.
