The house was very authentic & traditional and also very well-kept clean. It was a very calm and tranquil area within nature. On cold days, it was an enjoyable experience to throw wood in the fireplace to warm the house and the owner consistently provided us with enough wood. It's the ideal location if you are looking for a place to be submerged within nature.

The hosts were wonderful. We were traveling with friends to attend a wedding in Poudenas. This was the perfect location. A beautiful chateau in a scenic and peaceful countryside. Charming, warm, and generous hosts. Running of the castle inn seems to be a passion for them. They have a bee hive and serve the honey; make youghurt, jams, and bread. The little restaurant of the castle, just outside the entrance, was enchanting.
